To kick off the 60th anniversary celebration for The Beach Boys, EMI update and reissue the classic Sounds Of Summer compilation, originally released in 2003.

The Expanded Edition features 80 key tracks over the course of their storied career, all newly remastered, with 24 new mixes including two first-time stereo mixes, and 22 new-and- improved stereo mixes, in some cases featuring the latest in stereo extraction technology. The set also features updated photos and all new liner notes.
